The 2026/27 Junior Academy & City League kicking-off Term 4, Oct 2026 & Term 1, Jan 2027
The FootyBugs Junior Academy is designed for players who want to develop their football skills while enjoying the excitement of playing in a team.
Our coaching programme is built around our Four Pillars of Player Development — Technical Development, Ball Mastery, 1v1 Dominance, and Agility & Coordination — helping players become more confident, creative and intelligent footballers.
Training sessions combine technical coaching with game-based activities, rondos and small-sided games to ensure players continually develop both individually and within the team environment.
Summer Season 2026/27
Registration is for the full Summer Season (October 2026 – April 2027), covering Term 4, 2026 and Term 1, 2027.
Players receive:

Places are open to all players but are strictly limited to ensure a quality coaching experience. If places remain available, registrations may also be accepted after the season has commenced.
Flexible Payment Plans
To make joining our Junior Academy as accessible as possible, registrations are available via a 7-month subscription plan. The total seasonal investment is spread across seven affordable monthly payments, making it easier for families to enjoy the complete Junior Academy experience.

If your child already owns the current FootyBugs Training Kit and does not require a replacement, simply enter the discount code NOKITJRA during registration at checkout and the registration fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Match Day Kit
Players representing FootyBugs in the Summer City League will be provided with an official FootyBugs match kit for the duration of the season.
The match kit remains the property of FootyBugs and must be returned in good condition at the conclusion of the season. Charges may apply for lost or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear.
Siblings Discount*
We offer a 10% sibling discount for the second and each additional child. Please register each child separately and contact us to receive your sibling discount code before completing your registration.

Winter Season
FootyBugs Junior Academy operates during the Summer football season (October to April). No Junior Academy programmes are held during Term 2 and Term 3 (May to September), allowing players to fully participate in their local club's winter football programme.
